Any particular brand? International,Allis or what you have in mind?I see a few here and there,I can keep an eye out.I'd like to find a good Ford 3000 if it was cheap enough,Gas or diesel either.

Ive been looking for close to three now. They usualy want waayyy to much for one way to old or waayyy to much for one way to new. The one or two ive found there was either something wrong, they changed their mind or acted like they did'nt care wheather they sold em or not and getting info on the motor was almost impossible.
Now as for the tractor, id prefer an allis or ford, not real crazy about internationals or John Deers but price/condition.implements will be the big decideing factor. Kinda want one i can easily brush hog the fields but also small enough i can still brush hog my woods to. Big enough i can move a round bale a little ways as needed for the horses to. Kind of a mid sized with enough horsepower and weight to do what i need done.
Had two and ALL the implements but mom let my sisters boyfriend basicly rob them of about 30,000 in tractors and implements over my objections. Now im struggleing to get things done i need to do.

That would be my choices on tractors too.I like ford the best but Allis makes some good tractors also.I've got an International Cub with all the attachments I will probably sell pretty soon and buy a bigger tractor.I restored it and painted it,put new decals on it and they sell pretty high for little tractors.Alot of people like to use them in town for mowing big lots and working gardens.

The cub (if thats what your talking about) is alot smaller than what you want. It's smaller than a 8N ford.I have mowing machine, cultivator, plow, disc, blade with it.It will probably bring around $3200.The tractors themselves sell about the same as a 8N Ford around $1800 - $2500 depending on condition. The hiway dept. used to use them alot for mowing. They were usually painted yellow/white for them. Here is a picture of mine...

nice cub man whiskers you got a whole treasure chest full of jewels around your place. i know where theres a massey 35 diesel that needs an overhaul for 300 bucks . if i wasn't building a camper i would be on it . tractor is straight and complete . seal is out on top of gear shift so it probably needs tranny attention also. tractor is at garfield arkansas.

I'm very interested in it.I will have to talk to my dad tomorrow and find out if there is room for it down there, that is where I keep about everything. We have the dozer tore down at the moment and a dune buggy in the shop we been tinkering with but I'm sure we could find room. We usually have to clear out about an acre of timber a year just to make room for the stuff we drag in.lol
