Figgered out, One fish bites per night around 1AM. Then they quit for the night. This is from couple weeks ago. bout 2 pounder I spect. I turned this'un loose fore I went home. Hated to see him swim in the grease all by his lonesome. This is from last night. 7 pounder. This'n is in the fridge.

Whatcha' using for bait?The bite oughtta start picking up now that the water temp is slowly coming up I would think.

fresh shad, the first one.
Same batch of shad, only outta the freezer for the second.

Use fresh turkey liver untill the water warms up more. You'll catch more fish....lol

Tried turkey livers, chicken, and other liver; nuttin. I know! We didn wait til 1 am! We's off th water by 12. Glad I wasn on th water at 2 am, when th wind picked up perty lively!

Only turkey livers round here belong to the turkeys I work with. And they prolly squawk at givin em up. lol
Fishin wusnt werth a hoot last night. 1am came an went an didnt get so much as a bite. Barometer was up, too. I just aint sure on this high readin bein the bestest fishin. Its been 29 point sumpthin last two fish I cawt.

Caught three last night. One was bout 5 pounds. Other two was just dinks. (two pounds or under) Cut shad. Shrimp and cut drum failed.
