Cut fillets into domino size pieces and put into jars with half vinegar and half water then soak over night.You don't have to score the fillets because the vivegar softens the bones.Boil a solution of 3 cups vinegar and 1 cup water. Drain the fillets that you soaked and place in boiling solution add allspice,cloves,mustard seed,salt n pepper,and some lemmon slices then boil fish until it's done.Save the liquid, place pieces into sterilized jars and cover with sliced onions. Pour the boiling solution into the jars and seal.
