Parmesan Catfish 1 whole egg, lightly beaten, or 2 egg whites ¼ cup milk 1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs ¼ cup Parmesan cheese ¾ tsp. Tony’s ¼ tsp. ground black pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 3-4 catfish fillets (whole – do not cut) 2 tbsp. olive oil or Pam olive oil 1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grease sheet pan. 2. Mix egg or egg whites and milk in a shallow dish. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Tony’s, pepper, and garlic powder in another shallow dish or on a piece of wax paper. 3. Dip catfish fillets in egg mixture, then roll in bread crumb mixture until completely coated. 4. Arrange fillets on the prepared pan and drizzle with oil or spray with Pam. 5. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. I used my George Foreman grill – heated as usual. Do steps 1 and 2. Spray one side of fillets and place on grill, then spray top side. Cooking time will probably vary – start off about 5 or 7 minutes depending on size of fillets. Turn over and cook another 3-5 minutes – until fish flake easily. It's good too

That sounds good but what is the "Tony's"? I'm not familier with that. A seasoning I suppose but I don't remember seeing it here.
