No not bison meat,like as in "buffalo" wings.If you like spicey foods get you one of those baking bags for buffalo wings(like McCORMICK) coat your steaks in the mixture and put in the bag then add about a half a cup of water in the bag before you seal it up.the water makes a good spicey gravy to put on your bread and taters.I make this about once a week around here,it's goooood.

That is a pretty good way to do the steaks if you like spicey (almost a bbq flavor but kinds hot)We like buffalo wings or anything like that around here.
