Was just thinking about a post 'over there' where a guy showed an addy for an e-bay add for catfish shockers. Seems a guy was selling them in GA and even showed about 20 flatheads he had shocked up in an hour(supposedly). All pretty decent flatheads. He even states it's highly frowned upon by law enforcement in GA to use these things after he claims to of used them. Does this strike you as a normal intelligent person?...lol

I don't know about Georgia but it's legal in some places. I think they are legal to use in parts of North Carolina and a few other places.

I think there's about threestates you can use a shocker in some way. In GA it's legal to build, possess and sell them but highly illegal to USE them. The DNR frowns mightily upon them. The old boys openly admiting to useing them in GA and even showing pics of his 1 hour catch pretty much cooks his own goose if the GA DNR can lay their hands on him...lol Being as he posts his buisness name and he's the boss i don't think it would be to hard.
