When we're talkin about red meat and fish, that means ANY discolored piece of flesh, no matter how small. All the mud-line; yellowish fat; gray lining of the body cavity; and all of that clear looking connective tissue in belly slabs. That stuff's gotta go! We eat a lot of fish, and dressing them the way we do we never have none of that "live frog" taste. Any of you got any suggestions or comments, I'd like ta hear'em.

That's the way I fix mine as far as getting rid of all the discolored pieces.I've ate alot of fish over the years from the pansize up to some mighty big flatheads and they all tasted good to me.Now as a matter of personal preference I'd alot rather eat a large flathead than a large blue cat but the bottom line is I like to eat fish.If you get rid of all the discolored meat then you have some mighty fine white nuggets left that is good eatin if you cook it right, and I have no complaints with the way the lil' woman cooks fish.I've even showed her how to clean them the way I like so most of the time all I have to do is catch them. Now it's hard to beat a deal like that.
