What in the world are they doing buying it in the first place? LoL In recent weeks, Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana banned catfish from China after tests found ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin, from the fluoroquinolones family. Read the story Here

Makes you wonder what the other 47 States are doing.Do they still buy catfish from China?

I've bought plenty of catfish here in Louisiana, but they were raised here locally. I would prefer catching them myself and the farm raised catfish just don't taste as good either.

I've never bought catfish before but I've ate alot at local restaurants that were farm raised and I don't think they taste as good either but I thought it might just be in my head.lol

Fish farmers need ta look at th beef import trade ta see what they're in for. It shouldn have ta take diseased meat ta ban it. We flat out DON'T NEED IT!!!!!
