Ive seen some folks and even some dogs have some really bad days. Well this mutt was either to stupid to know when to stop jumping on a pin cushion, or else he jumped in face first and stayed awhile. All i can really say after looking at this poor suffering mutt is FUBAR! Glad MO only see's the odd porky here and there. d@mn Diggin Dillers is bad enough. Stinking hole digging dog agravateing make a vulture puke d@mn things!

Being as dogs usualy get em in the lips the prefered method is pushing the quill on through. They got nice lil barbs on the ends of em, can't just pull em out. They work their way in farther the more the muscles work. Id say some vet is going to spend a LOT of time with some forceps and a scalpel removeing a couple thousand quills from that mutt. Id also say the owner is looking at handing over a significant amount of cash for said removal. I know a dog that would get tied up and LEFT tied up after that!

He aint my d@mn digging dillo, he's yours hoot! IM kinda surprised their out already, they don't do well in the cold as their cold blooded like a snake. They stink worse then a musking blacksnake to! Just going to have to load up some #4's or #2's and wait for him hoot and blow his lil amoured ass off! otherwise he will keep diggin in the yard n pestering the cat. 7lbs is a lil baby, mommas around there somewheres with the rest of his/her kin...lol I was blowing holes in 20 pounders or so last fall. You can eat em if you can stand to clean em. They call em possum on the halfshell. Their meat is like a white fine grained pork. Just be sure if you do you cook them sumbitches to death. They HAVE to be well cooked. The odds are extremely slim you can catch leprosy by handleing them. But if you eat undercooked meat you CAN get leperosy from them!! They also cause botchilism in dogs if they eat em raw. I actualy seen a turkey vulture turn his nose up on a 2 day old dead dillo last year and refuse to eat it. No joke. My neighbors heard me wageing war on them last summer and fall at all hours of the morning. Seems they like to come out around 11 or 12 at night. Probably thought i was in a dillo colony today all the shooting i was doing. Had a couple of BIG limbs not completely broke off hanging over the road to the creek and near the house. I burned about 80 rounds shooting them obstinate sum bitchs down! Them light dove n field loads just kinda whittle at em a lil at a time. Turkey loads will chew a hole in em but after about 10 rounds quick your ready to cry. Long rande high brass #4's does a lil better. Hell, i actualy had several #8 pellets bounce back off the d@mn limb. Couple hit me and one smacked me right in the front tooth! Like i said dove loads aint worth much but i got a bunch of free ones setting around and the pellets don't carry far or hit with any energy downrange. My shoulders a bit sore to...lol Frigging ice! Oh, them dove loads out of a 20ga at long range will make a cats tail bush out and put his arse into overdrive real quick though. Time to start thinning feral cats.
