Yea it's pretty handy,I usually tune by ear but I use that program if I want a different tuning, you can set it for a drop D or anything else you might want and the little meter will point the way.

bluegrass and gospel. we got a place about 2 miles from us called the chicken house opry. every other saturday night folks in our little neck of the woods get together for snacks and music. they have 2 bands play and let me tell ya we got some good bands in this part of the country. we got folks that you wouldnt think could walk and chew gum at the same time that can pick and grin with the best ive heard out of nashville.

Rock till you drop. Rock n roll, country rock, some of the older country tunes, ballands, classical, Celtic and irish tunes. Metal head primarily though i don't care for to much acid rock, don't like new wave or rap. I listen to a bit of it all. Listening/watching an Ac/DC video CD right now...lol I get a kick out of a lot of movie soundtracks myself, some of the techno rock stuff as well as the classical. Stuff like the soundtrack to Heavy metal I & II, Mortal Kombat, The Crow, 3000 miles to graceland ect. There's Oldies like Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald or ballads by Loren Green like Ringo. I've a multitude of tastes...lol
