Venison and Gravy
Ingredients: 2- Venison steaks, cut into pieces 2 Onions, sliced 1 Clove garlic, minced 1 Can cream mushroom soup 1 Can cream of onion soup Ingredients: Fry steaks, onions and garlic until steak is cooked rare. Pour steak and onions and garlic into baking dish (add pan drippings for flavor). Mix soups together and pour over venison in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees until gravy thickens to your taste. Serves: 4
