Venison Chops Deluxe
Ingredients:
6 Venison Chops Salt & Pepper 1 cup uncooked Wild Rice 1 1/2 cup Water 1-8 oz can Mushrooms 1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon 1-10 3/4 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Directions:
Brown chops in skillet with oil or butter, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Wash uncooked wild rice and sprinkle on bottom of baking dish. Add water and mushrooms. Sprinkle on bouillon granules. Arrange chops on top of rice and mushrooms and spoon soup over chops. Cover and bake for 1 ½ hours approx. or until rice is cooked and chops are tender.
