THAT THERE THING LOOKS LIKE A FUNKIE CHEESE CUTTER, DOES IT REALLY WORK LIKE THE ADD SAYS? Hey Hoot I've been using them since the 70s and they work pretty good. Cats are a little harder to skin cause the skin wants to wrap up around the roller. Takes about 1 fillet to figure out the tricks. I even use em for bass and crappie when the fillet knife and hand eye coordination aren't working too good. Like at 4:30 in the morning fish cleaning. Don't have a clue about taking out rib bones with em. I've just skinned fillets.
